WebSep 12, 2024 · A pub owner has appealed to Brentwood Borough Council to remove weeks-old fly-tipping piles from outside her pub. Jane Speight, who owns the Alma Arms in Horseman Side, Navestock, says around 15 piles of rubbish have been left on the road and have not been cleared.
