I started getting pregnancy insomnia at week 12 and being tired was my main trigger for sickness. So even though I had been suffering sickness and exhaustion in 1st trimester at least I was sleeping! Unfortunately I was still being sick ten times a day right up until they were born (was sick all through labour too). I had twins though so not necessarily an average experience!
