When carrying out profiling you must consider the fairness of the processing. This includes the potential effects on individuals and wider society. Individuals have the right to object to profiling. WebbThe EDPS has published guidance to EU institutions and bodies (“EUIs”) regarding the records of processing operations. The EDPS had previously clarified that making the register “publicly available” means publication on the internet.
